Circuit Regulations

ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT AT THE CIRCUIT PARCMOTOR CASTELLOLÍ FACILITIES ARE CONSIDERED HIGH RISK. GESTIÓ PARCMOTOR CASTELLOLÍ, S.L. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PHYSICAL OR MATERIAL DAMAGE THAT MAY ARISE AS A RESULT OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE CIRCUIT REGULATIONS. THE RIGHT OF ADMISSION IS RESERVED.

General Regulations

  • Access to the circuit will be made via the access point indicated by the Gestió Parcmotor Castellolí staff, under the supervision and control of the circuit security personnel and following the list of people with access rights previously delivered to GPM by the promoter of the activity to be carried out.
  • Access to the paddock will be permitted from 08:00 on the day of the activity. It is strictly forbidden to spend the night at the facilities if the night security service has not been contracted.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the boxes and pit lane and access to the paddock with animals is prohibited.
  • Driving without accident insurance and without the medical services and controls necessary for the carrying out of the activity will not be permitted.
  • The use of a helmet and seat belt is mandatory throughout the enclosure and the maximum speed in the paddock is 20 km/h. In addition, it is mandatory to wear gloves, boots and racing overalls when driving motorcycles, formula cars, racing cars and cars with roll bars.
  • It is strictly forbidden to perform exhibitions on the track and within the track enclosure, such as "drifting" with cars or "wheelies" on motorcycles, as well as driving recklessly with respect to other vehicles and facilities.
  • It is strictly forbidden to race, warm up, or perform any exhibition within the paddock and on the access roads or circuit lanes. Likewise, stopping on the track and leaving the vehicle are also prohibited.
  • Teams and event promoters are obliged to remove used tires from the facilities once the test is over, as well as to deposit the oil in the designated place.
  • Gestió Parcmotor Castellolí and its employees, agents, as well as any service providers involved in the event, are exempt from any liability in the event that, due to participation in or attendance at the activity, any person suffers injuries, disability, death, or other personal and/or material damages, whether intentional or accidental.
  • To participate in any event organized at the Circuit's facilities, it is mandatory to sign a document certifying that the participant is in good mental health and has the appropriate physical condition to participate in the event, and is not under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If taking medication, the participant must indicate in the certification that they have consulted a doctor and have their approval to participate in the event. Failure to sign this document will result in the inability to participate. The participant also assumes the inherent risks of the activity, exempting Circuit Parcmotor Castellolí, its employees, and those in charge from all liability related to the activity.
  • The event promoter is obligated to review the facilities and certify that they are suitable for the event. It is the participant's responsibility to review the equipment they will use, including the vehicle, necessary clothing, and helmet before the activity, ensuring the vehicle's proper functioning and the good condition of the clothing and helmet, and assuming any liability arising from this obligation.
  • Participants in any activity at Gestió Parcmotor Castellolí facilities must obey all instructions from the organization and circuit staff and not act recklessly or negligently, putting their own physical integrity or that of others at risk.
  • Gestió Parcmotor Castellolí reserves the right to suspend the activity partially or totally in case of inclement weather and force majeure. Also in case of accident, when the safety of the other participants cannot be guaranteed.
  • The circuit's noise regulations are as follows: Motorcycles maximum 102dB at 6,000rpm / Cars maximum 95dB at 3,000rpm. If a motorcycle or car does not meet these requirements, Gestió Parcmotor Castellolí will not allow participation in the activity.
  • Video images are recorded inside the circuit during opening hours for security reasons, particularly to have a visual record of any accidents or incidents that may occur during the use of the circuit. These images are the exclusive property of Parcmotor Castellolí and will be destroyed 30 days after the recording date unless a specific incident has been recorded before that period.
  • In order to participate in the events, an insurance policy must be taken out through Circuit Parcmotor Castellolí. The participant is obliged to sign any documents that may be necessary for this purpose. This policy will cover the following risks: Accidental death (€12,000), absolute and permanent disability due to accident (€12,000), unlimited accident medical assistance for up to 12 months in agreed centers.
  • Races and competitions are strictly prohibited without the corresponding federation permit.
  • Minors under the age of 14 will not be allowed access to the facilities unless accompanied by their legal guardian. From the age of 14, it will be essential to present a duly signed authorization document by the legal guardian in order to be allowed access if not accompanied.

Track Regulations

  • • The normal direction of travel on the Circuit (clockwise) must be respected at all times.
  • Minors under the age of 16 who do not have a federation license are not allowed on the track.
  • All track users must have a minimum knowledge of the flag code and respect the instructions of the circuit personnel and controls:
    • Green flag - Free track
    • Yellow flag - Maximum caution, slow down and be prepared to stop. No overtaking allowed
    • Yellow and red striped flag - Debris, oil or slippery track
    • Red flag – Session stopped.
    • White flag - Slow vehicle on track
    • Black flag - enter pit boxes
    • Checkered flag - End of session
  • Vehicles participating in the activities must be in good working order, with no fluid leaks or parts that could come loose from the vehicle, with tires in good condition and with the correct pressure.
  • All vehicle safety systems must be in good working order
  • The instructions of the Parcmotor staff must be respected at all times.

Car Regulations

  • The use of a helmet, gloves, boots, racing overalls and seat belt is mandatory on the track.
  • All vehicles entering the track must have their windows closed.
